Job description: Project onsite coordination in Milano Support Programme Manager, to coordinate and organize project delivery planning and resources, and support the project team to formulate delivery and operation & maintenance plans;Implement the projects with high-quality performance.

Onsite communicate and coordinate with customers and stakeholders, to ensure the objectives of projects are aligned internally and externally.

Support tracking of multiple projects in parallel, make sure deliveries are on right way, in terms of ricks/issues identification and mitigation, delivery quality ensurance and reporting.

After-sales O&M Coordinate the daily operation and maintenance of customers at the later stage of the delivery project with ensurance of O&M resources and quality.

Work Experience Requirement At least 3 years of IT delivery project management experience, PMP or PRINCE2 certified.

Knowledge in cloud computing is a plus.

Work Skills Requirement Familiar with project management and have in-depth practice, able to predict and deal with risks in advance, and judge changes in requirements.

Coordinate internal and external resources for quality optimization Lead to create a communication atmosphere, express opinions clearly and effectively listen to others' opinions. Have a good sense of service, be able to solve customer problems to the end, effectively help customers solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirement Bachalor and above Language Requirement Language, English is must, local language is preferred and Chinese is plus.

Work Place Via della Boscaiola, 26, 20159 Milano MI Overtime Demand&Travel Demand Normaly no overtime, but follow customer working time during Test Events and Games time Operation which is different from relgular time Normally no travel needed, seldem travel between Milano and Cortina Slary Range: €4000-€7000 per month
