Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
Key Responsibilities
**1.
Project Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to the implementation phase, closely monitoring milestones and ensuring the achievement of established objectives.
**2.
Communication and Collaboration**: Effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including development teams, QA departments, and clients.
Maintain clear and transparent communication to ensure a constant flow of information.
**3.
Risk Control and Problem Resolution**: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Manage issues promptly, seeking effective solutions to ensure project success.
**4.
Performance Evaluation**: Constantly monitor project performance against set objectives, making changes or improvements to the project plan as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electroni Engineerng, Management Engeeniring
- A Minimum of 2-3 years of specific experience in managing IT
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e. g. ,
Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related
field.
- Familiarity with IT Architectures and Infrastructures:
Understanding of software architecture concepts, servers, cloud computing (AWS,
Azure, Google Cloud), and deployment systems.
- Capability to understand business needs and translate them
into technical requirements.
- Knowledge of Testing and Quality Assurance Processes:
Understanding software testing principles, QA methodologies, and automated
testing tools.
- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous
Deployment (CI/CD) Processes.
