Euronext Clearing, the Euronext's Central Counterparty in Italy is a multi-asset clearing house that provides proven risk management capabilities on 14 markets, across a range of trading venues including Euronext Milan, MTS, BrokerTec and Hi-mtf.

Asset classes cleared include equities, ETFs, Closed-end Funds, Financial Derivatives, Commodities (Agricultural & Energy) and Fixed income (Cash and Repos markets).

**Key Responsabilities

- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals

- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports

- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees

- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities

- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget

- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence

- Conducting risk assessments for projects

- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress

- Supporting analysts to design software architectures aligned to business needs

- Supporting developers to analyse and solve issues and showstoppers

**Role mission for Euronext Clearing Internalization**:

- Coordination with technical direction for the choice of technologies and methodologies to be applied in the programme;

- Participation in the design of software architectures and infrastructure solutions for the new clearing system;

- Interaction with business analysts for the collection of requirements and the definition of specifications;

- Lead of selected workstreams of software development of the new products coordinating with the PMOs to integrate technical activities into the programme organization;

- Troubleshooting of possible issues in resources allocation and synchronization of the clearing internalization programme with other Euronext Clearing projects;

- Review of technical documentation;

- Coordination of the test and validation phase of the developed solutions;

- Active role in the go-live phase liaising both with technical staff and end users;

- Organization and management of the IT operation phase after go-live;

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

- Degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or equivalent

- At least 5 years of experience in leading complex software development projects

- Capability of controlling technical, budget, timeline and effort aspects of a software development project

- Knowledge of the most common tools of project management

- Proven experience in designing IT architectures in relevant industrial domains

- Proven experience of team management in IT activities

- Working knowledge of backend and frontend programming languages, tools and platforms

- Knowledge of AGILE methodology

- Capability of presenting technical solutions and architectures to business people and management
