Position Overview: We are seeking an IT Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven software development experience to manage complex ICT projects.

The role involves collaborating closely with IT Product Managers, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Collaborate with IT Product Managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

Draft and interpret technical and functional documentation to support project execution.

Utilize project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to monitor resources and activities, and create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, fostering clear communication and successful negotiation.

Required Qualifications: A strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, preferably with programming languages like Java, Angular, or modern frameworks such as Spring Boot.

Proficiency in cloud environments, including hands-on experience with OpenShift and Azure.

Expertise in functional analysis, with the ability to draft and analyze technical documentation.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing client and team relationships.

Preferred Traits: Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.

Capable of balancing technical and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in managing multi-lingual and geographically dispersed teams.
