Posizione:We are looking for a senior Project Manager with an extensive experience in the IT industry to lead multifunctional-technology projects and programs with competing deadlines, in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment. With demonstrated technical fluency, you will effectively manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with the firm's strategic goals.

You will be structured and methodical with experience of introducing standards and defined processes for project and program execution. This role offers high visibility across the ICT & Security Organization with exposure to the CIO of Fineco Group. Primary Responsibilities and ActivitiesLead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, developers, and other professionals. Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-functional tech teams. Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to ensure the teams productivity and cohesion. Ensuring that the appropriate levels of governance are applied to all stages of the program life cycle. Prepare executive level reports to track and meet project targets and budgets, escalate issues and roadblocks, and recommend solutions to resolve challenges. Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requisiti:Experience RequiredAn established Project Manager with a proven track record of delivery of technical projects.

Full lifecycle implementation experience is required. A good sense of ownership for projects and delivery timelines. Excellent time management skills with demonstrable experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines and managing a high workload with conflicting priorities. Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role may not directly control resources. Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards. The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions. Understanding and ability to demonstrate expertise in Quality Management, Project Planning, Risk & Change management. Ability to understand the technical challenges and be able to communicate them to a technical and a non-technical audience. Education, Knowledge and SkillsBachelor's degree in business information systems, computer science or equivalent related IT experience. Knowledge of industry-wide technology strategies. Minimum of 5+ years' experience in program or project management with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. PM training and certification required. Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in highpressure, shifting environments. A self-starter mentality with the confidence to drive issues through to completion.
