They are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join their Change Management department. This is a permanent role situated within the company's headquarters. Role and Responsibilities: Lead Information Technology project management activities for change initiatives throughout the organization. Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. Formulate project plans, determine resource needs, and assess risks, ensuring timely and on-budget project delivery. Facilitate communication across all project phases, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Implement best practices for change management, influencing a smooth transition and minimization of disruption to the business. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of project objectives. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and adhere to industry standards and regulations. Key Skills: Proven expertise in managing large scale Information Technology projects within the service industry. Strong skills in utilizing project management tools and software to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of change management principles. Ability to monitor and control budgets, coupled with a strategic ability to foresee risks and derive mitigation measures. Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative. Professional certification in Project Management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable.
