**IT Project Manager**:

HSPI, a leading Management Consulting firm in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking for an IT Project Manager to join a team of Management Consultants to expand and strengthen the staff in the Rome office.

**Main responsibilities**:

**Demand management**: customer needs analysis, prioritization, requirements development and documentation;

Planning, management and coordination of implementation projects in waterfall and agile mode;

Analysis of IT and business processes from a continuous improvement perspective;

Identification of areas for improvement, proposal of corrective actions, development of procedures;

**Change Management**: definition of organizational change plans aimed at adopting new processes;

Customer relationship management to ensure satisfaction and achievement of agreed objectives;

Guiding and coordinating Go-Live activities, including execution of implementation plans and checklists;

Managing risks and resolving issues affecting release timing and quality;

Support in maintaining communication and interface between the Business & Communication team and the Deployment team.

**Requirements**:

At least 6 years' experience in the above functions and activities, preferably in consulting firms;

Experience using project management tools;

Good knowledge of the English language.

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; accuracy; organizational autonomy; team working; focus on objectives complete the profile.
