Job Description Summary**: At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business, we've been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years.

We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.

**Essential Responsibilities

- Contribute to the Digital operations to ensure business continuity, efficiency and continuous improvement

- Act as a link between Business functions, IT, external actors maintaining an appropriate level of communication with end-users and management

- Manage project schedule, risks, costs and any non-standard events throughout the life of the project

- Track project outcomes realization and measure customer impact through established metrics (KPI) and ensure lessons learned are collected

- Be proactive in exploring alternate technology and be able to make technology choices based on experience and impact analysis

- Be accountable for IT operational excellence, ensure compliance to GE standards & practices

**Qualification/Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines or Engineering or High School Diploma with specific IT Project Manager experience

- Knowledge of** **Supply Chain processes

- Demonstrated Knowledge of SAP

- Continuous improvement attitude

- Team working attitude and inclusiveness

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

- Fluent Italian and good English knowledge (written and spoken)

- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

**Desired Characteristics

- Good experience in SAP with proven skills and expertise in particular on MM and PP modules

- Strong customer orientation

- Focused on objectives

- Experience on Supplier collaboration platforms
