This IT Project Manager, UI/UX, will be an integral part of the QuartzBio Product Innovation Team.

The Project Manager will manage the on-going UI/UX development of Precision for Medicine Group's cutting-edge Clinical Translational Hub platform, QuartzBio.

This position will work closely with our Chief Architect, Senior Product Owner and existing Development Team.

**Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain UI/UX Development workstream roadmap.

- Work with UI/UX Developers to ensure that the solutions developed are useful and maximizes the likelihood of adoption.

- Collaborate with systems and development staff on strategy and items being developed.

- Coordinate and perform usability testing and validation along with Development and Engineering teams

- Monitor and maintain communication via Slack, Teams, or any other channels

- Maintain the project implementation board by tracking, updating, adding UI/UX workstream related tasks

- Participate in regular Scrums/Stand

- Ups to solve occurring problems

- Receive, structure, and add new requirements and tasks to the implementation roadmap

- Aid the Product Innovation team with creation of UI/UX related project status reports

**Skills**:

- Experience in writing technical documents for developer use

- Knowledge of the CRO/Biotech/Life Sciences industry and products

- Expertise with Atlassian Products (ie: Confluence/Jira) and communication channels such as Slack and Microsoft Teams

- Experience with web-based user interfaces (eg, Clojure, HTML, Javascript) is preferred

- Working knowledge of Gitlab/Github a nice to have

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively and inspire others

- Highly self-motivated and willing to tackle new challenges.

**Minimum Required**:

- 3 Years of UI/UX Project Management experience

- Understanding of web-based interfaces

- Experience with Project Management related task tracking and documentation tools/products

- Experience in managing projects with diverse and distributed teams
