BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a PM to be involved in a IT Workplace project management for an important client in the insurance field in Milan.

**About the Role**:

**Your responsibilities will be**:

Monitor and manage project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned - scope, budget, and schedule - manages variances and issues.

Help to build valued relationships with external and internal stakeholders located in different offices;

Be the point of contact between the business user and the team - working in scrum framework;

Ensure compliance to regulatory and group governance;

Stand-up and manage project document repository including document versioning and distribution.

**Requirements**:

Bachelor Degree's (background in Accounting/ Financial/ Banking field is highly appreciated);

From 5 to years of experience as PM in in large IT Projects, ideally in the financial sector;

Broad knowledge and practical experience with the provisioning of IT Workplace Services, processes and procedures (e. g.

Virtual Clients, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Services, Workplace Hardware);

Profound knowledge of IT processes/frameworks (e. g.

ITIL, COBIT 5, PMI);

Optimal relational, communication, team management and coordination skills;

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory;

Knowledge of Agile framework/methodologies will be considered a plus;

Italian is mandatory; Fluent English is required;
