As the Project Portfolio Manager for the Datacenter and Cloud Platform Group, you will oversee and manage a portfolio of projects that deliver Cloud and Edge Platforms to Nestlé. Working with the Product and Project Managers, your responsibility will be to ensure that projects align with the group's strategic objectives and are delivered successfully within scope, budget, and timeline. We are looking for people who are curious, courageous, innovative, collaborative, and passionate about solving complex problems using new technologies A Day in the Life of a Project Portfolio Manager : Collaborate with senior Product/Project Managers and Relationship Managers to identify product/project portfolio level opportunities Facilitate and coordinate the efforts of the Datacenter and Cloud leadership and Product/Project managers toward the establishment of the Product/Project portfolio definition, its structure and investments Apply external and internal factors and best practices to portfolio formulation and development Make recommendations on the balance of the required investments and capabilities across teams within the product/project portfolio Oversees IT Platforms-wide portfolio prioritization and reprioritization reviews for all related projects Assist the Product Group and Product Managers to track and manage dependencies across multiple projects Lead reviews of any significant product/project portfolio elements on a periodic basis Provide ongoing PPM mentoring and coaching support Develops, tracks, and reports on agreed PPM metrics Ensure adherence to the appropriate governance functions relating to the Product/Project Portfolio Support Product/Project Managers and pool leads for identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating resources Maintain an up-to-date portfolio structure and plans Coordinate the quarterly and yearly Financial Budget definition to support the portfolio What will make you successful : Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience Proven Experience: 5 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major IT projects and programs Adaptable Collaborator and Communicator: Highly empathetic and able to vary styles of interaction Influencer: Demonstrated experience in managing "upward" among senior leadership Experience in a global environment and with virtual teams Data analysis/interpretation experience Mature practitioner of program lifecycle disciplines Familiarity with reporting tools to monitor portfolio activities Deep understanding of the product/project portfolio lifecycle Strong business acumen Strong analytical, conceptual and financial analysis skills What about the Global IT Hub in Nestlé?
