At our very core we are inspired to innovate. As the Project Portfolio Manager for the Datacenter and Cloud Platform Group, you will oversee and manage a portfolio of projects that deliver Cloud and Edge Platforms to Nestlé.

Working with the Product and Project Managers, your responsibility will be to ensure that projects align with the group's strategic objectives and are delivered successfully within scope, budget, and timeline.

We are looking for people who are curious, courageous, innovative, collaborative, and passionate about solving complex problems using new technologies!A Day in the Life of a Project Portfolio Manager :Collaborate with senior Product/Project Managers and Relationship Managers to identify product/project portfolio level opportunitiesFacilitate and coordinate the efforts of the Datacenter and Cloud leadership and Product/Project managers toward the establishment of the Product/Project portfolio definition, its structure and investmentsApply external and internal factors and best practices to portfolio formulation and developmentMake recommendations on the balance of the required investments and capabilities across teams within the product/project portfolioOversees IT Platforms-wide portfolio prioritization and reprioritization reviews for all related projectsAssist the Product Group and Product Managers to track and manage dependencies across multiple projectsLead reviews of any significant product/project portfolio elements on a periodic basisProvide ongoing PPM mentoring and coaching supportDevelops, tracks, and reports on agreed PPM metricsEnsure adherence to the appropriate governance functions relating to the Product/Project PortfolioSupport Product/Project Managers and pool leads for identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating resourcesMaintain an up-to-date portfolio structure and plansCoordinate the quarterly and yearly Financial Budget definition to support the portfolioWhat will make you successful :Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experienceProven Experience: 5+ years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major IT projects and programsAdaptable Collaborator and Communicator: Highly empathetic and able to vary styles of interactionInfluencer: Demonstrated experience in managing "upward" among senior leadershipExperience in a global environment and with virtual teamsData analysis/interpretation experienceMature practitioner of program lifecycle disciplinesFamiliarity with reporting tools to monitor portfolio activitiesDeep understanding of the product/project portfolio lifecycleStrong business acumenStrong analytical, conceptual and financial analysis skillsWhat about the Global IT Hub in Nestlé?
