It Risk Champion
The role is accountable for awareness, planning and monitoring of all the activities related to IT Risk controls compliancy.
It is a role actively motivated to engage stakeholders in the implementation of controls and ensure the IT Risk controls have been identified and prioritized in his/her tribe's backlog.
Tribes appoint the set of Risk Champions within their teams to guide them through the whole IT Risk compliancy process, ensuring compliance within the change management process and ensuring the maintenance of compliance status for all IT Risk controls
**Key responsibilities
- Engage Stakeholders and related squads
- Engage stakeholders (Tribe Leads, Product Owners and IT Area Leads), in the implementation of controls and ensure the IT Risk controls have been identified and prioritized in the tribe's backlog.
Providing enough visibility about the program and the steps the tribes have to follow, including walkthrough, deliverables and estimations.
- Single Point of Contact between his/her Tribe and Central IT Risk COE
- Provide feedback and being the Single Point of Contact between asset´s Product Owners and ITS&R central COE.
Accountable for remediating and solving impediments expressed by Product Owners related to IT Risk.
- Accountable for IT Risk tools (ITRMP) Status of his/her Tribes
- Accountable for the ITRMP maintenance for those controls affecting its Tribe or Area assets including evidences management.
Guarantee the green before live based on the defined strategy
- Definition of a Reliable and sustainable IT Risk year plan for his/her Tribe's assets
- IT risk goals reaching
- Quality of evidences provided and uploaded by Tribes colleagues in IT Risk tool (ITRMP)
- Recurrently reporting to Chapter Lead
- Cooperating with IT Risk and Security COE in Risk Roadmap Evaluation for the assets in scope of his/her Tribe
- Cooperating with IT Risk and Security COE reporting and sharing progress, goals and achievements about the assets in scope of his/her Tribe
- Interacting with IT Risk Champions Chapter Lead for alignment on goals, progress and possible issues
- Be Focal point in the Tribe for IT Risk Topics
- To continuously train Tribes colleagues, each time that a new colleague join and each time a new IT Risk topic or template comes or and existing one is changed
- To be recurrently aligned with central COE and IT Risk Streams Lead and Experts in order to be always aware about new templates, standard changes, new requirement
- To participate, coordinated by Central COE, to define year IT Risk forecast and recurrently report on advancements on the tribe owned assets on which IT Risk goals are defined
- To support Tribe squads in order to make them able to fulfill each IT risk requirements complying with Change management process
- To raise issue in case of not possibility of reaching one on the agreed IT Risk objectives
- To manage the IT Risk calendar of the Tribe, granting that all the controls will be renewed on time, keeping always in touch with the squad which owns the specific Tribe's assets
- To support, with IT Area Lead, the Tribe Lead in all the topics related to IT Risk
- To be continuously aligned with IT Custodian (IT Area Lead and TPO) for understanding and receive support on technical knowledge on the Tribe owned assets
- To continuously check that each IT Risk control related to Tribe asset is correctly managed before go live within change management process, making them complaint or tracking with iRisk issues when needed
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years of Experience in Risk Management or IT Security roles in a complex and international environment.
Experience within Tech/Security domain is a must
- Deep knowledge of IT Risk and Security processes
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- MS Office Advanced User
