Job Description
We are currently expanding our IT Risk&Advisory practice recruiting trainees to join our team based in Milan ready to undertake the challenge to implement and develop IT related projects for all our main national and international clients and with the drive to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
Compliance (such as EU General Data Protection Regulation"GDPR"), Processes Digitalization (not only ERP implementation but also Robotization), IT Audit of new technologies and Cyber Security are only some of the big challenges we are facing for our clients.
What will you do?
As an IT Risk&Advisory trainee, you will work next to the team helping our clients solve their complex business issues on various and innovative projects. You will deliver professional services of the highest standards to all the local and international clients among different industries. In particular, you will:
Work on Security/IT Audit/IT Governance/IT Compliance and IT Solution projects;
Build strong working relationships with clients, ensuring any problems or requests are dealt with promptly;
Support the work of senior consultants and learn from them.
You will improve your skills in an international and young environment, that manages and promotes global mobility programs in all the Mazars Countries, training and workshop abroad, an internal e-learning platform for technical and soft skills courses. You will be supported by Senior staff with on-the-job training in a company that gives importance to a flexible approach focused on goals and to your work-life balance with a structured smartworking policy.
**Qualifications**:
Master Degree in Security, Engineering, IT or similar with good grades;
Previous experience in an IT consultancy firm is a plus;
Fluency in English;
An enthusiastic, positive, flexible and proactive mind-set;
A team player willing to support a team in achieving its goals and objectives.
