Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
- We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Business Analyst Specialist to contribute to the successful implementation of projects, ensuring efficient coordination of resources and alignment with organizational goals. - Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for a IT Business Analyst Controlling with the following skills and motivations:
- At least 4+ years professional experience working with SAP Controlling as business analyst, within multinational companies;-
- A Master's degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration and Economics;-
- Extensive experience working with the SAP Controlling module and sub modules (CO-PA, CO-PC, CO-PS, ecc.
), integration points with other SAP modules (e. g. , FI, MM), and customization options. -
- Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including system configuration, custom development, and testing.
Basic knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging. -
- Proficient in SAP Fiori App technical knowledge. -
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and proposing solutions aligned with business objectives.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend process improvements. -
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams. -
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international project teams, ensuring timely project deliverables, managing stakeholder expectations, and coordinating activities with internal and external partners. -
- Able to meet strict deadline and work under pressure-
- Good English written and oral communication skills-
