JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Main task for the position is analyzing business processes, automating/optimizing through SAP.

Main module: SAP Sales and Distribution.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES

- ** Project Management

- Formulates and manages project plans, coherently with the higher-level Transformation Programs

- Maintain timing on all the SAP standard project phases, executing periodic checks on progress and periodically perform control activities, updating relevant stakeholders and Steering Committee, proactively highlighting possible risks/issues and implementing the defined actions in order to minimize risks

- Controls project's scope and cost.

- Guides towards the best IT architectural choices in the SAP and external systems landscape

- Manages and coordinates a Team of internal IT resources and external consultants during the project phases.

- Communicates project decisions and updates to all levels, from top management to all project members and stakeholders (Corporate departments, Consultants teams)

- ** Business analysis activities

- Manages business analysis activities in SAP, analyzing and assessing function's technological needs based on its business strategies, needs and requirements.

- Applies functional knowledge to design process and manage an appropriate fit & gap between the requirements of the business and the solution of the system.
