It Security & Compliance Specialist

- Nestlé Italiana in Italy, Milan HQ;

- 2/3 years of experience in a similar role gained within IT multinational structure environment;
- Knowledge of Governance, Compliance and Risk Processes and methods in an IT organization;
- IT and Networking skills;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
**Position Summary
Scope: Market Italy and Malta, covering all the existing legal entities, with about 5. 000 internal users.
**A day in the life of Security & Compliance Specialist
- Support the S&C Manager executing timely the controls related to the area and managing the ISO 27001 certification.
- Provide basic security knowledge for investigations, projects and incidents
- Use risk analysis as a basis for managing IS/IT operations and controls at IT market level IT, cascading the corporate guidelines.
- Support in monitoring and fixing of the gaps reported in the Security & Compliance Index report system (SCI), also by mobilizing the required resources.
- Advise/Report the management and the IT community about the non-compliant issues.
- Implement and provide End to End support for the central security solutions.
- Communicate the security policies, the compliance related topics and Technical Standards to market IT and user community
