**IT Service Coordinator

**Your Job

- Participate in Enterprise IT daily and project-based activities (implementation of new functionalities, rollout of new digital solutions, data migrations, Level 3 support, and IT integrations)

- Establish relationships and maintain strong communication channels with the business and with Enterprise IT

- Manage IT demands: from requirements collection, prioritization, to implementation

- Manage day to day regional IT needs: software licensing, system, network, filing, database, user support, IT infrastructure, training, procedures, onboarding, offboarding, support business operation needs.

- Report to regional business stakeholders, and to Enterprise IT, on performance of IT services in the region

- Identify and prioritize IT synergy opportunities, and improvements, and prepare proposals and plans to address these

- Provide IT and security input to RFPs, MSAs and audit processes

- Take ownership of local IT escalations, coordinate response and communication until resolution

**Your Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field

- 3-5 years' experience in IT, service management, service delivery, support, or in an IT / customer service role

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Uphold a sense of customer service and measures client satisfaction

- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements

- Autonomous, able to work under little supervision in a documented manner

- Sense of ownership and accountability

- Integrity, transparency and trust values

- ITIL qualification, or equivalent IT framework, would be a plus

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace, in particular SharePoint, would be a plus

- Data analytics skills, or practical experience with business intelligence tools, would be a plus
