Ducati is looking for an IT Service Manager to be included in the IT & Digital Transformation team.

The figure will manage the main Application Maintenance System (AMS) services, contributing to the continuous improvement of services and the optimization of operations processes.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

- Coordination and supervision of the services of: AMS SAP, AMS Digital B2B, B2C and B2E, Service Desk

- Definition and maintenance of a reference framework for all IT services managed by the entire team

- Monitor the functioning of processes and ensure quality in accordance with internal IT Change Management procedures

- Manage the relationships between the internal IT team and suppliers

- Management and supervision of the budget for services in the area

- Management of the main tenders for the assignment of orders to suppliers in accordance with a Volkswagen Group purchasing policy and procedures

- Management of the ITSM platform (and definition of its evolutionary roadmap)

Requirements required:

- Degree in Management / Computer Engineering

- At least 3 years of experience in the role

- Experience in managing ITSM platforms

- Knowledge of the most common IT Service Management frameworks, for example ITIL

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent analytical and data analysis skills

- Propensity for teamwork and problem solving

- Project management skills

Additional Requirements:

- Experience in IT Governance

- ITIL certification

- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken;
