Within this context, Lift-Tek Elecar is looking for a **IT Site Lead & Regional SecOps Specialist** to join our team.

IT Site Lead & Regional SecOps Specialist reports to the Cascade Corporation IT Manager EU and maintains a dotted line relationship to the Lift-Tek Elecar Managing Director.

**Background and Competencies

- Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and consultative experience desired

- Should have exceptional communication skills and ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (including senior-level decision makers)

- Basic hands-on experience in Systems Administration, Network Administration and Security Administration, Storage Administration, Digital Workplace Administration

- High level of customer o rientation

- Experience to manage 3rd party vendors (task assignments, performance reviews)

- Should be able to work independently yet be a great team player in a flexible and fast paced business environment.

- Understanding of soft

- and hardware life cycle and system implementation methodologies.

- Perfectly fluent in Italian & English

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience and industry certifications

**Desired Skills

- Experience in the industrial manufacturing industry or a comparable industry

- Completed or in progress Certification in Cybersecurity field (e. g.

CISSP) and IT Service Management (e. g.

ITIL, COBIT)

- At least foundational experience with one or multiple major IAAS, PAAS solution provider (Cascade uses mainly Azure, but also AWS and OCI)

- Experience with contract

- and vendor management in midsize company environment

**Location

Castel San Giovanni (PC), Occasional domestic or EU-wide travel maybe required (regular to Italy sites in Verona and Brescia)
