WellD Italia is looking for a Software Engineer ("Eligible as a member of protected categories under Law 68/99") to join its development team.

What tech we useOur tech stack includes Java for backend development (BE) and React/Angular for frontend development (FE), with Git/GitLab and Docker integrated into our workflows.

For this role, we're looking for someone with strong knowledge of Java and/or React or Angular with TypeScript. How we conceive software developmentWe follow Agile development practices with a formal process that includes code reviews, pair programming, and continuous delivery.

Good English fluency is required to communicate effectively with international teams. What you#39;ll doCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into technical specifications for backend or frontend solutions. Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications, using Java for backend development and Angular or React with TypeScript for frontend integration. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code. What we#39;re looking forProficiency in the Java ecosystem or in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks. Proactive problem-solving abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. A continuous drive to learn and improve in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Fluent in both Italian and English. Eligible as a member of protected categories under Law 68/99.
