Based on a strategic decision, we are looking for a IT Solution Architect.

**Job Description**:

- Reports to: Head of Applications

- Interacts with: Project Managers, Program Managers, Enterprise Architect, Peers in Applications and Infrastructure team, Project Technical (DevOps) Team, Business Process Owners, Business Analyst from IT external Partners or suppliers

Job Purpose

- Serves as a lead for Applications Team and overall IT team to ensure that resources, risk recognition, and planning stay aligned with the solution goals.

- Engage with Management to understand business needs and goals and understand how to achieve them according to the given timeframes and resources.

- Collaborate with peers within Applications team to ensure that a new solution will fit the existing enterprise environment.

As well as that all functional and non-functional requirements (e. g.

compliance, performances, security) are taken into account

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

- The solution architect's job focuses on solution-level decisions and analysis of their impact on the overall business goals and outcomes

- Suggest the best solution according to the incoming requirements and existing environment

- Involvement in estimating budget for specific solution(s) and presenting it to the stakeholders

- Monitor process of development of a specific solution(s) and keep stakeholders informed

- Supporting project management

- Among other Solution Architect's responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements

- Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations

- Analyzing the technology environment

- Analyzing enterprise specifics

- Analyzing and documenting requirements

- Setting the collaboration framework

- Creating a solution prototype

- Participating in technology selection

- Prepare and document testing requirements

- Controlling solution development

Skills & Technical Competences & Behaviors

- 8+ years of experience of working in one or multiple IT areas (preferably within ERP domain)

- Engineering and software architecture design

- Business Analysis

- DevOps experiences

- Strong project, product and resource management skills as well as evidence of experience playing a key role in solutions implementation

- Focused on business results

- Strong analytical skills coupled with expert-level reporting skills required

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Entrepreneur / Proactive attitude and capability to work with a minimum guidance

- Capability to influence and negotiate

- Capability to work in a multi-cultural environment

- Builds relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experiences in IT Infrastructure, network or cloud development would be a plus

- Certification in ITIL or any vendors' Solution Architect certification is a plus

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
