Today, more than 1, 000 customers rely on our software solutions for their supply chain and supply chain optimization. sedAptais part of the Finland-based Elisa Group, under the Elisa International Digital Services (IDS) division. To support the fast growth of Elisa IDS we are looking for an IT Solution Architect (business applications). In this role, you will support the growth of Elisa IDS businesses. You ensure that IT services and solutions align with business objectives and strategies. This role is critical for integrating technology into the company's overall strategy and ensuring that technology investments add value to the business. In this position, you will join a growing international team and be part of the IDS IT team, reporting to the Head of IDS IT. Your closest colleagues will be the IDS IT team, central IDS business functions, and specific IDS companies. However, in a matrix, you will be working in close cooperation with Elisa Group IT and Elisa business functions. Main responsibilities: Lead design, planning, and implementation of centralized business application environment for IDS businesses including systems within sales, marketing, HR, and finance domains. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and translate those into IT solutions. Facilitate change management and encourage user adoption of new technologies within the business to help businesses gain a competitive edge. Drive IDS towards highly digitalized and cloud-based IT environment. Requirements: Technical degree (e. g. Engineering or Computer Science). 4 years of experience working as a solution architect. 7 years of experience working in at least two of the following areas as an application specialist/solution owner/application architect: sales, marketing, HR, or finance. Experience in working in an international environment with team members around the world. Knowledge/experience in the architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate technical information in a way that business users can understand. Capability of producing visually good quality documents with clear messaging. Interest towards emerging trends and technologies. Solid skills in English, written and spoken (C1). Availability to business travels (15% of the time). Nice to have: Having worked in a software company and have gone through scale-up/consolidation phases. Swedish, Finnish or German language skills.
