Role Purpose**:

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Solutions Design & Implementation, including delivery and post deployment support

- Delivery on time of projects and activities

- Working teams (business & technology) to define new Vodafone processes and services and the related customer experience

- Ensure smooth product releases and zero defects on ordering and provisioning platforms

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Strong experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects, with a specific experience on IT suppliers management

- Keen in delivering results

- Problem Solving skills

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Strong experience in project management; certifications would be beneficial

- Past experience as software engineer or solution architect in relevant projects

- Proven experience working with agile methodologies

- Ability to presents results (positive or negative) to diverse audiences (up to C-Level)

- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related scientific fields
