We now recruit IT Solutions Area ArchitectIn this role, you will make a difference and support the growth of Industriq businesses. In this key position, you will join a growing international team and report to Head of Industriq IT.

As IT Solutions Area Architect you ensure that IT services and solutions align with business objectives and strategies. This role is critical for integrating technology into the company's overall strategy and ensuring that technology investments add value to the business. As IT Solutions Architect you won't focus only on high-level architecture, but you get to work on the implementation projects as well.

Responsibilities:Lead design, planning, and implementation of centralized business application environment for Industriq businesses including systems within sales, marketing, HR, and finance domains. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and translate those into IT solutions. Facilitate change management and encourage user adoption of new technologies within the business to help business to gain a competitive edge. Drive Industriq towards highly digitalized and cloud-based IT environment. Requirements:4+ years of experience working as IT Solutions Architect in a global company (M&A experience is a bonus). 7+ years of experience working in at least two of the following areas as an application specialist/solution owner/application architect: sales, marketing, HR, or finance. Ability to understand and react to business requirements and turn them into practical solutions. Knowledge/experience in the architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate technical information in a way that business users can understand. Capability of producing visually good quality documents with clear messaging. Solid skills in English (written and spoken), additional language skills are a plus. Minimum Bachelor's degree, e. g. in Engineering or Computer Science (or equal broad knowhow gained through work experience). Willingness to travel max 10%. Location is one of the key sites of Elisa Industriq software companies, e. g. sedApta in Italy (Genoa).
