We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems, development, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, supporting digital operations, and driving technological improvements across the company. Experience with Shopify Plus and software development will be considered a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: IT System Management: Maintain, monitor, and improve IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system performance and security. Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to internal teams, resolving software, hardware, and network issues. Development & Integration: Implement, customize, and integrate digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency. Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline workflows and business operations. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure IT security best practices, data protection, and compliance with industry regulations. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business goals. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, or IT Support Engineer. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration. Experience with cloud-based solutions, cybersecurity, and IT best practices. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Shopify Plus and e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of software development (Python, PHP, Node. js) for system automation and integrations.
