It Specialist
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **IT Specialist (M/F/d)**, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our IT Team.
**Your role in BizAway
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and other devices
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Provide full onsite/desk side and remote support to end users for all their IT issues, service/change requests
- Implementing network security for business critical services
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Participate in Company IT Projects
**Your basic qualifications
- Previous working experience as an IT support specialist or IT Administrator
- Be able to manage and prioritise own tasks when working independently or in a team as required
- Proactive, reliable way of working, high motivation, and hands-on mentality
- Ability to communicate kindly with all stakeholders
- Strong English level, verbal and written
