We are looking for a talented and experienced **IT Specialist** to join our fast-growing, high-performing team in Milan.

In this role, you will be responsible for **managing and optimizing the organization's IT systems**, ensuring **efficiency, security, and continuous improvement**.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide technical support, install new hardware and software on workstations, and ensure system functionality at all times.

- Coordinate IT vendors for all technical areas (laptops, printers, internet connections, and networks), as well as for IT infrastructure improvement and enhancement projects.

- Manage external providers, ensuring service quality and response times meet business requirements.

- Manage employee accounts and access, ensuring security and operational efficiency.

- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory, ensuring efficient resource management.

- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for the organization.

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

**What we're looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar roles.

- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, IT security, network and system administration, databases, data storage systems, and phone systems.

- Proven experience in IT improvement and optimization projects.

- Good stakeholder and client management skills.

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Fluency in Italian and English.
