We are looking for an IT Specialist to join the Team.

**Tasks**:

On site IT support of installed systems (AGV, YMS, MES ) from connectivity and backend perspective

Active participation in group-wide IT Servicedesk call center and handling incoming calls and tickets according to Group IT SLA's.

Identifying and understanding the underlying user need of the concerning Service Request, Problem or Incident including translation to English.

Handling, prioritizing, coordinating and timely solving of Incidents and Service Requests all over the Vetropack Group according to Group IT SLA's; where necessary pinpointing the Incident cause or Service Request responsible and assign / escalate to the appropriate Support Group.

Occasional work in shifts (workdays, from 6 a. m. or until 18 p. m. )

Cooperating with external suppliers and monitoring external SLAs.

Ordering of hardware and software according to standards defined in the IT Service Catalogue in line with Vetropack procurement processes.

Closing, maintaining, renewing and withdrawing supplier contracts in close cooperation and with approval from Group IT and in line with Vetropack procurement processes.

Maintaining the IT Service Catalogue & IT Servicedesk documentation.

Deploying and maintaining workplace hardware and software according to Group IT standards.

Maintaining the IT asset inventory and stock keeping (PCs, peripherals and consumables).

Supporting the optimization of the IT Servicedesk processes.

Briefing new employees on standard hardware and software.

**Requirements**:

3 years in area of expertise

1 year in similar function

Fluent in English

ITIL Foundation
