To further enhance effectiveness, advertisers can analyze the massive amount of data generated through the multichannel ecosystem, the "Big Data" of advertising, to inform real-time optimizations, creating highly impactful media investments that result in maximum efficiency.

**The Role**:

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and proactive IT Specialist, passionate about everything IT.

You will provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems, answer queries on technical issues and offer advice to solve them, communicating effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.

You will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced and international environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Microsoft 365 environment (user creation, distribution list and groups) and any other topic related to the Microsoft 365 environment and handle any request or issue

- Replace hardware parts as required

- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system

- Prioritize and manage users' issues and requests

- Test and evaluate new technology

- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment

**This role will be a great fit if**:

- You have 4-5 years of previous experience in the role

- Excellent English and Italian written and verbal communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of Apple Mac Os and Microsoft Windows

- Previous experience in software installation, Microsoft 365 environment and Google Workspace

- Attention to detail

- Good problem-solving skills

- Security and ISO27001 knowledge
