Descrizione del lavoro

Our IT departement is looking for IT specialist who will manage the follow activities:

- installation and configuration of basic operating systems (Windows)

- installation and configuration of smartphones (IOS & Android)

- configuration and management of workstations

- configuration and management of peripherals (printers, scanners, barcode readers )

- management of problems concerning workstations including peripherals

- ticket management for second level support.

- maintenance of corporate SLAs in ticket resolution

- implementation of all preventive actions aimed at ensuring compliance with the minimum service levels

Qualifiche

Degree in Computer Engineering or a higher diploma in computer science

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Windows and IOS systems

Good knowledge of software distribution systems (MS SCCM)

Experience in IT troubleshooting

Excellent knowledge of the English language completes the profile.
