We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Specialist to join our fast-growing, high-performing team in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's IT systems, ensuring efficiency, security, and continuous improvement. What you'll do:

Manage and maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

Provide technical support, install new hardware and software on workstations, and ensure system functionality at all times.

Coordinate IT vendors for all technical areas (laptops, printers, internet connections, and networks), as well as for IT infrastructure improvement and enhancement projects.

Manage external providers, ensuring service quality and response times meet business requirements.

Manage employee accounts and access, ensuring security and operational efficiency.

Track and maintain hardware and software inventory, ensuring efficient resource management.

Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for the organization.

Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar roles.

Excellent knowledge of computer systems, IT security, network and system administration, databases, data storage systems, and phone systems.

Proven experience in IT improvement and optimization projects.

Good stakeholder and client management skills.

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Fluency in Italian and English.
