**IT Specialist

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

- Exciting opportunity working with an innovative growing company

- Combining robotics with 3D printing technology

- Working in high-speed engagement environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the company digitalization process supporting all department on various topic

- Support the ERP and CRM implementation process, ensuring communications among different systems adopted

- Structure the IT Department from the ground, implementing IT Policies and User Manuals

- Manage company mail, telephony and implementation of a switchboard;

- Manage and assist the company's fleet of devices (PCs, mobile phones, tablets) and the company's technological infrastructure (electronic boards, monitors, badges), deploying new assets such as computers, phones, and other IT-covered devices in an end-to-end process

- Support current security equipment including cameras, video storage, door access, and other equipment at our local facility

- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems

- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems, managing and verifying Backup;

- Network Infrastructure Management (Router, Switch, analysis / projects of new solutions on new locations)

- Prepare functional analysis and technical analysis documents

- Programming, database and CMS

QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in IT or a related field

- 2+ years of IT experience

- IT certifications are a plus

- Familiarity with best practices around IT security

ABOUT YOU

- Experience managing and administering SharePoint sites, specifically, site management, user management, creating automation workflows, and managing document libraries

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i. e. , Powerpoint, Excel e Word)

- Great communication skills in both English and Italian

- Strong organizational skills, proactive, ability to multitask

- Appreciates dynamic and extremely fast-paced environments

- Exhibit a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, including good relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees

- Precise and extremely careful to details

- Capable of autonomously completing tasks

- Passionate for the worlds of technology and innovation / additive manufacturing / advanced industrial sectors (e. g. , aerospace, automotive, )

- Entrepreneurial spirit and interested in the world of start-ups

- Team spirit and works well when collaborating
