TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support all Cargolux Italia department to maintain compliance with current regulation (EU and national) in term of cybersecurity in coordination with corporate cybersecurity team and guideline

- Be the local IT point of contact to coordinate IT activities for all Cargolux Italia department, in coordination and supervision of corporate IT teams

- Manage IT contract (fixed line, mobile, network)

- Grant support to Corporate IT for future/existing project

- Be the local contact to support Corporate engineering and Cybersecurity on Aircraft Security log analysis aspect and resulting activities, in case fleet change

- Be the point of contact to coordinate activities related to maintain proficiency in aircraft cybersecurity, avionic, electrical systems, and regulatory requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

- School-leaving certificate or deep experience in Information Technology in a similar position

- Aircraft IT knowledge in relation to Cybersecurity, and communication and experience in a corporate IT environment will be considered as strong asset

- Knowledge on ITIL and iso 27002 standard, experience will be considered as strong advantage

- Written and spoken Italian and English

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

- Good communication skills with a consultative approach & proactive attitude

- Responsive and supportive in decision-making

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Full time permanent position based in Milan

- Stand-by availability may be required

- Occasional travel may be required

- Valid car driving license required

- Certificate of good conduct will be required in case of positive selection
