We have a multi-national team developing the world's first digital building fabrication platform, you design, we build it!

Modena, Italy, is the Software Development HQ.

Here we develop Zuru Home app, a BIM (Building Information Modelling) software meant for the general public, architects and engineers, created to design, buy and send to manufacturing any type of building with complete design freedom.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for performing first and second-level Helpdesk activities, providing technical support to resolve user issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

You will manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the IT team to diagnose and troubleshoot more complex issues, contributing to the continuous enhancement of support processes.

By providing suggestions and constructive feedback, you will also play an active role in improving internal workflows and optimizing service efficiency.

Requirements Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic troubleshooting. Familiarity with network concepts (IP configuration, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting). Basic understanding of Active Directory (user management, password resets, permissions). Knowledge of common enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, email clients, remote desktop tools). Strong communication skills in both English and Italian. Nice to have Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools (e. g. , ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk). Knowledge of physical security systems (e. g. , RFID, biometrics, cameras, door controllers). GitLab administration (setup gitlab runner, update gitlab). Experience in modern software companies, confident in working together with agile teams of developers. Experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). €25, 000 - €30, 000 a year

We Offer

Flex Time: you can decide when to come and go to work from 6am to 10pm.

We have a Core Time from 10:00 to 12:00pm in which presence is required, and the rest of the day is up to you!
