Job purpose BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a IT Specialist - Client Tech to join our Technical Center in Orsenigo.
Key Responsibilities Support all Orsenigo and Cagliari employees for Hardware issues; General Computer Desktop & Laptop support; Configure new and existing PCs according to Corporate standards for deployment; Desktop Applications installation and troubleshooting; PC Hardware Refresh Project involvement; Ensure that remote and on-site support issues are resolved to customers' satisfaction; Support the setup of processes; Provide 1st and 2nd Level support and lead local Client/Infrastructure and LAN change activities; Support Local Production/Manufacturing Connectivity; Assist in setting up an IT Service Catalogue; Build IT service relationships with internal customers; Ensure that systems, processes, and methodologies specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery.
What we're looking for High School Diploma in Information Technology 5 years working in Information Technology as IT support and delivery or Service Desk Good level of English Experience in Service Management Experience in Service Management Tools Experience in Microsoft Client/Server Infrastructures Experienced with Microsoft OS (Win 7, 10, 11) Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications Very focused on User Satisfaction and collaboration Experience in working in virtual/distributed teams Communication skills to interface with colleagues from other locations Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution What we believe Inclusion - We value diversity in people, ideas, and experiences.
