Already present in France, Spain, Portugal and Belgium with over 100 stores, Hubside. Store is also developing its concept in Italy

- You have strong knowledge of networks (Wan, Lan, Cisco Meraki), Active Directory and Office 365

- You have strong**troubleshooting skills

- What you will be responsible for:_

- Manage stores IT infrastructure installation projects (WAN, LAN, computers, cameras, etc. )

end to end, liaising with local and international, business centers and all teams involved.

- Provide support for all site equipment and computers and follow up on incidents and requests;

- Be able to provide L0 to L2 support;

- Execute, create and translate department materials and documentation;

- Train and instruct colleagues inside and outside the IT department.
