**Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for profiles interested in undertaking a new stimulating job opportunity as Administrator of Ticketing Infrastructure.
Current implemented tool are ITM Maximo and Service Now, both on premise and SaaS solution.
You'll responsible to design, install, administer and optimize overall Ticketing Solution and related Configuration based on product best practice.
Moreover it will be required the tailoring of the monitoring solution based on the technical team and Customer needs.
Support on Integration with Monitoring tool and Automation Infrastructure is required.
Base knowledge on main operating system (Redhat and Windows) and products (Database, Tomcat, Jboss, Webshpere) are optional.
Moreover bases on monitoring (SCIENCELOGIC, NAGIOS, ZABBIX, Appdynamics, . . ), automation (ANSIBLE, TERRAFORNM. . . ) and other ticketing technologiesare appreciated.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Incident management, solving technical incidents in production environment; Problem management, incident analysis, root cause analysis, Monitoring components installation, configuration, administration, tuning and patching; Change management, implementation of changes (configuration, deployment, installation, . . . ); Participation on the upgrade and patching planning; Subject matter expertise, providing expertise for security related threats and vulnerabilities;Projects, proposals/design/creation of new Monitoring environment for clients, communication and cooperation with other teams from various location.
