**Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for profiles interested in undertaking a new stimulating job opportunity as IT Specialist specialized on Workplace Area and in particular MDM

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Good knowledge of MDM "FileWave" platform

- Excellent knowledge of macOS and Windows OS

- Analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting and problem determination

- Good knowledge of AppleScript and Shell Script

- Ability to work in a team

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
