WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of IT solutions for Product Engineering as well as their interfaces with ERP (SAP) and other business applications.

This role is critical in supporting and development of our product engineering processes and tools.

The IT Specialist will work on projects such as new business line integration into new or existing IT systems, optimization of existing processes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze existing content and functional requirements to design effective IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Utilize project management techniques to oversee all aspects of project implementation, including budgeting, phase management, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Manage relationships with application maintenance providers to ensure optimal service, addressing any issues promptly and maintaining high service standards. Oversee the sourcing process to identify and select high-quality solutions that meet the company's needs. Oversee the procurement, allocation, and renewal of software licenses to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize costs.

Regularly audit license usage to identify underutilized licenses and reallocate them as needed.

Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and stay updated on changes in licensing policies. Collaborate with various teams and departments to understand their needs, and translate them into IT solutions, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of related experience, preferably in a big multinational environment. Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions in product development area. Extensive knowledge of engineering systems like PLM/CAD (possibly Siemens solutions like Teamcenter, Capital, Design Center, NX etc.

). Strong project management skills, including budgeting and phase management ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Experience in managing application maintenance providers, contracts and ticketing systems. Knowledge of the vehicles industry or highly customized production (engineering to order).
