IT Specialist Senior We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated IT Specialist Senior to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the IT department, system management, and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities: Support: -Maintenance of computers and software using remote access and distribution tools.

-Direct support for branches and warehouses located in Italy.

User and Permission Management: -Active Directory.

-Office 365.

System Monitoring and Backup: -Management of PRTG sensors.

-Provisioning and maintenance of Windows Server systems.

-Datacenter management (vSphere, AWS EC2).

-Design and provisioning of Cisco Meraki networks.

-Maintenance and management of backups with Veeam.

-Advanced troubleshooting of on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

-Troubleshooting and management of the phone system.

-Management of infrastructure and migration projects.

Governance: -Management of contracts for IT service providers for directly supported countries.

-Procurement of local IT equipment.

Requirements: -Familiarity with access control models and network security.

-Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

-Advanced English level (written and spoken).

-Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, effective communication, and team collaboration.

-Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving approach.

-Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.

-Previous experience with Active Directory, Office 365.

Preferences: -Experience in provisioning and maintenance of Cisco Meraki.

-Previous experience with software distribution solutions or MDM
