We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated IT Specialist Senior to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the IT department, system management, and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities: Support: Maintenance of computers and software using remote access and distribution tools.

Direct support for branches and warehouses located in Italy.

User and Permission Management: Active Directory.

Office 365.

System Monitoring and Backup: Management of PRTG sensors.

Provisioning and maintenance of Windows Server systems.

Datacenter management (vSphere, AWS EC2).

Design and provisioning of Cisco Meraki networks.

Maintenance and management of backups with Veeam.

Advanced troubleshooting of on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

Troubleshooting and management of the phone system.

Management of infrastructure and migration projects.

Governance: Management of contracts for IT service providers for directly supported countries.

Procurement of local IT equipment.

Requirements: Familiarity with access control models and network security.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced English level (written and spoken).

Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, effective communication, and team collaboration.

Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving approach.

Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.

Previous experience with Active Directory, Office 365.

Preferences: Experience in provisioning and maintenance of Cisco Meraki.

Previous experience with software distribution solutions or MDM.
