**JOB PURPOSE**- Seat: Valvigna / Milan**RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support local IT Teams globally

- Manage WW IT services providers centrally

- Facilitate access and communication within retail and corporate IT projects

- Participate to legal updates concerning WW and HQ IT programs

- Take part to monthly meeting with local IT to monitor budget, ongoing projects, ticket analysis

- Create innovative ways in solving issues and tickets

- Draft functional analysis and meeting preparation

- Act as Project Leader

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar. - 2+ years of experience covering WW projects with an IT approach, better if in a consulting company. - Very good knowledge of English is mandatory. - Relevant command of Office Suite to make analysis; experience with ServiceNow is a plus. - Ability to work with geographically separate project teams. - Strong communication and relational skills. - Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills. - Autonomy and proactivity, entrepreneurial approach.
