For the Italian Plant (site between the provinces of Verona and Mantova) of a global leader in providing innovative and sustainable solutions and services, we are looking for a System Administrator who will be responsible for providing technical assistance, analysis and solutions to issues reported or escalated from the service desk.

The candidate selected for the role of IT Specialist - System Administrator will have the following key responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and modification of the network/system and its various components. Install and update software. Maintain and execute security procedures. Collect data, perform analysis, and suggest improvements on usage, disruptions, and problems. Assist in any required network diagnostic and upgrade(s) for the site(s). Ensure the data backup schedule is respected. Deployment of the Group IT Policy. Provide application support and execute application maintenance for the local business applications, including training materials, documentation of operating procedures and user manuals. Requisiti: The candidate for the role of IT Specialist - System Administrator should have the following skills and experiences:Ability to analyse, investigate, and resolve technical issues or missing prerequisites. Ability to identify anomalies and report them to the appropriate development sector. A strong ability to quickly absorb knowledge with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to learn and develop a career. Familiarity with switch configuration, LAN port activation, connectivity troubleshooting, and Wi-Fi performance optimization for offices and meeting rooms. Experience in PBX configurations, fixed-line telephony, and VoIP. Basic knowledge of SQL for installation, administration, and execution of tasks and queries. English B2 proficiency.
