The position: As Communication Designer, you will create and edit the entire image and text content of xRM1, with the assistance of external agencies. You will write professional and convincing texts for journeys, newsletters, and our website, and will be responsible for the editorial calendar. To create this perfect content, you will maintain close cooperation with other departments, such as Product Management and Customer Service. Additionally, you will coordinate your daily topics with your international colleagues at Microsoft. Your responsibilities will also include participation in various internal projects and taking responsibility for your own campaigns. You will coordinate various organizational activities, such as ordering graphic design products via external service providers (brochures, advertising banners, trade fair stalls, online media) and maintaining our website and intranet. You should have several years of professional experience in communication, graphic, or media design in an internationally oriented company. As an early adopter of new apps and technologies, you will familiarize yourself eagerly and swiftly with IT developments. You must speak German and English fluently and possess a wide-ranging active vocabulary for your daily work. You should enjoy playing with words and have a talent for rhetoric, with attention to detail being important to you. A clear design is as important as rhetorical skills: your aesthetic perception should be high, as pictures speak louder than words. Therefore, you must be an expert in using Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Due to your professional experience, you should have excellent Microsoft Office skills. Your eye for the essentials, alongside your thirst for knowledge and drive, are indispensable skills that will make you a vital part of our team. Your enjoyment of working in an international team and your desire to continually improve and develop your skills will distinguish you and enable you to fit perfectly into our marketing team.
