We are currently looking for an IT Supervisor (South Europe) in our Milan offices. Your role will encompass: Oversee the management of all IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications. Collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to develop detailed system requirements and specifications. Training and supporting users on new and existing systems and processes. Participating in the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, risk analysis and project execution. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure the security of data and IT systems. Oversee the provision of technical support to internal users and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. What you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; MSc will be considered an asset. 5-7 years of experience in the IT sector, in various levels of responsibility. Proven experience in using IT Service management tools like ServiceNow and Jira Cloud Service Desk; experience in SMAX will be considered an asset. Solid understanding of Active Directory and proven ability to manage users and group permissions, create and manage Domain Local Groups and Group Policies.

Knowledge about Active Directory replication and familiarity with DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Kerberos. Experience with the configuration of Microsoft Windows Server software. Solid understanding of M365 services including, but not limited to, administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Intune, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
