- Typical activities:

Support and manage with the installation of new hardware and software of employees and of the office, support and manage installation and maintenance of the already existing hardware/software infrastructure.

Support the daily activities of our users.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to diagnose problems and to deal with Mac and Microsoft systems, printers and smartphones management, mail systems, DropBox etc.

- Proven track record of Helpdesk activities

- Multitasking attitude

- Very good communication skills (in order to deal with internal and external customers)

- Knowledge of Gmail, Mail management and related groups, network fundamentals and knowledge of the basic software packages

- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills

- Languages: Good English, knowledge of other foreign languages is appreciated
