**What you will be doing
Manage the internal IT Support team, ensure that end-user service is timely and accurate on a daily basis and establish best practices through the entire technical support process, providing feedback to the internal teams, like Security, to improve cross problems solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design the IT Support process and monitor KPIs
- Lead the internal IT Support team in day-to-day IT operations like equipment provisioning, user access management, and endpoint maintenance contributing to the overall improvement of our IT stack
- Manage new IT projects both in the design and implementation phases
- Collaborate with the Facility team in order to design, purchase and maintain the best audio/video systems for our offices
- Ensure Licensing Management
- Support onboarding / off-boarding employees on corporate systems
- Create and update manuals and documentation

- Proven work experience as End user services manager
- Problem-solving attitude
- Task-oriented and organized, experience managing a ticket queue, and ability to prioritize
- Team management skills, team player, can collaborate in a productive fashion
- Able to troubleshoot a variety of technical issues
- Experience in remote support
- Desktop Support: macOS

**Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milano.
Business trips may occur.
