We are looking for an IT Support Professional to reinforce our Team in Italy.

Goals of the job

The IT Support Professional will manage and solve hardware and software problems for all internal company users.

They will remain updated on the technological evolutions of the mobile and desktop operating environments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Support CGM employees with end-user hardware. Ensure quality service delivery for the IT environment at the Business Unit. Address support requests submitted by CGM employees via the ticketing system. Assist with projects as defined by the Team Leader. Assign and prepare new hire hardware. Retrieve hardware from leavers. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of the Assets Database. Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues. Support and maintain the printers fleet. Minimum Requirements: 3-year IT related qualification. 5 years of IT Support work experience. Italian Language: Native/Fluency (C1-C2). English Language: Independent Usage (B1-B2). Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, ICMP, SMB, FTP). Familiarity with Android OS & Apple iOS. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with users. Ability to write technical but clear and understandable documentation for end-users as well as for IT colleagues & peers.
