**What You'll Do**:
As a key member of our IT team, you'll provide top-notch technical support to ensure a stable and productive computing environment.
Your role will include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical challenges, documenting everything in our ticketing system.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring quick, efficient resolutions.
- Collaborating with vendors to resolve complex AV issues.
- Installing, upgrading, and supporting software and hardware (Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office 365, Cisco Jabber, Printers, etc.
).
- Providing support for Mac users and managing mobile devices.
- Performing preventative maintenance and repairs, using diagnostic tools to solve network and hardware/software problems.
- Keeping users informed with timely updates on issue status and resolution.

**What You'll Need**:
- **Technical Expertise**:
- Deep understanding of Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Proficiency in Active Directory and GPOs.
- Hands-on experience with PC hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of enterprise anti-virus solutions and helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Experience with mobile device management.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills, with fluency in **Italian** and **English (B2 level or higher)** to support local users and collaborate with international teams.
- **Adaptability**: A willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
